House was comfortable and clean. Well appointed. It poured rain during our visit and having a washer and dryer in the condo was a huge bonus. Host was responsive. I want to mention that there is a flight of stairs to climb to get into the condo. I missed that in the description but want to make future guests aware. condo.

Absolutely Perfect!

This was our first time in Boston and we wanted something besides a hotel for our stay. This place was perfection! Perfectly located in a great neighborhood, there is a bus stop right on the corner outside the apartment and there is a transit stop about 20 min. walking distance as well. It felt like being in your own home right outside the city. Clean, great amenities with a full kitchen and great living room with a fireplace to relax in after walking around the city all day. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for a cozy little place to stay while in Boston. We're already thinking about coming back and we will definitely be staying here again! Big shout out to the hosts for a great property!

A Haven in Boston

Alyssa’s place is one of Boston’s gems! The home is practically what it looked like in the pictures plus more. Alyssa was so responsive and so accommodating. The home is so near to everything and we wished we could have planned to stay longer. I will check out the other places HelmsBNB offers but the Moreland home was our haven! Thanks Alyssa!
