This newly renovated home on Sunset Lake has a peaceful view. Conveniently located near highways, between Boston and Cape Cod, easy drive to Gillette Stadium, TD Garden, Fenway and Xfinity Center, our home is surrounded by many local amenities. (Upper Level)

Fully stocked kitchen w/ Coffee and Tea provided
Dining area: 4 person round table, 4 person high-top table, and counter top space.
Living room: Large 6 person couch

Considerations -
This home is in the upper unit of an Up & Down Duplex. From the front door, it's easily accessible with one flight of stairs. From the back door, where the electronic door lock is located, there is a three flights of stairs by the parking spaces.
The unit below is also a rental and other guests may be there during your stay. We do offer both units as a combination with discount, please ask about it!
Home is on a main public road near an intersection. It is next to the Charles Furlong Park, with many families in the nearby homes. It’s not noisy but noticeable; guests whom are not familiar with a suburban town may notice this.
14 Miles / ~25min drive to TD Garden
20 Miles /~25min drive to Gillette Stadium
28 Miles /~40min drive to Xfinity Center
