This is a hidden gem of a warm, quiet, clean, comfortable, affordable place to stay in an expensive city. Minimal staff, welcome/reception area stationed daytime & evening (not 24 hrs), keypad entry vs physical keys helps keep costs down making this a great option. Room was clean and generously sized with well supplied kitchenette. The continental breakfast served my needs. The Inn had a small gym. Quiet tree lined street in quaint part of back bay. I'd definitely stay here again.

This is a great option, a short walk to restaurants and shopping in Back Bay. The small suite was ideal for a couple, the breakfast was limited but still quite adequate (with an awesome coffee machine for barista-style brews), and a super-helpful staff rounded out this excellent spot.

This was a great place to stay. We were traveling with our 14 month old and she had plenty of room to wiggle and explore and we had plenty of space to relax in a separate space after she went to sleep. Simple free breakfast, nice staff, great location, great price. Would definitely stay again!

The staff was so friendly. They even allowed us to check in early on the day we arrived. The room was ready and they were so kind to allow check in at 10:30. They had great suggestions for places to eat nearby. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet. A 711 and coffee shop were just steps away. Our room had a fridge and cooktop and toaster which was very helpful to snack on leftovers. Would stay here again!

This isn’t a real hotel with a desk or staff. It’s a half -fast bed and breakfast. We arrived after the staff left and had to find other accommodations at midnight since we were locked out. God help you if your plane is late because no one here will.

The staff at the Inn were absolutely fantastic and so personable! They gave stellar recommendations for dinner options and made taxi reservations for us. They were incredibly friendly and all-round helpful! The location of the Inn was also a wonderful experience. If needing to be at Northeastern, this is a prime location. But it was SO nice not being on busy Huntington…the Inn is a block off it. It was a quick 2 minute walk to the T stop which was also nice. It’s also pretty close to places like the Boston Public Library. It was a truly pleasant experience and I will stay there again the next time I need to be at Northeastern or that side of town:
