The property was clean and tidy and couldn't be faulted.
The problem was with their check in procedure.
Phone a number which took nearly 20 minutes to get answered requiring repeated redialling.
After getting the key to the room, it turned out the wrong key had been put in the keysafe box.....so... another phone call to their help desk, this time taking 25 minutes to eventually get answered.
Once that was finally sorted out, all in all over 45 minutes, i ended up being late for my appointment which i had travelled there to attend.
Not impressed !!
The room was absolutely fine, but the helpline left a lot to be desired unfortunately.
