A very clean hotel the staff were extremely helpful, friendly couldn’t do enough for you. The continental breakfast was ample with plenty of choice. The food was also very good for evening meal. The front rooms could be noisy due to traffic. The hotel bar and restaurant is closed on Sunday night.

Nice hotel that’s been recently refurbished. Staff were friendly and helpful whilst Boston town centre is about a 10/15 minute steady walk. The car park has recently been enlarged and is double the size that’s shown on Google Maps.

Lovely place to stay. Easy Nd straightforward check-in and check-put, very friendly and helpful staff, and great room/location. The only reason why I've given 4 stars is because the bed was too firm for me. We would stay again however.

Just simply a lovely place to stay. Staff were helpful, pleasant and sociable. Hotel was clean, rooms are small but perfectly formed and the evening meal ( not included in price) was first class. Breakfast was continental with lots of choice and no set amounts. If you’re thinking about staying here just book it, you won’t be disappointed. Would definitely use again when in area.

Check-in was pretty straightforward and good. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room was well laid out with the necessary amenities including a refrigerator. Breakfast was good and restaurant menu great especially the 'Quayside burger' special. First time in Boston, and loved it. I've already recommended the hotel to a colleague, who's already stayed there for 2 nights.

This room was so much better than we expected from a bar hotel. The room was spotless, recently upgraded and modernized, and had tons of choices for coffee and tea. The staff was very nice and friendly. Parking was easy and very close to the door. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

No hot water in the basin tap. The television stations were not tuned in. Very pokey room. Would suggest that it would suit anyone who wanted a bed for one night reflected in the lower than average price.

My room was given to some one else so had to make do with a room that was covered in dust a 1/4 of a toilet roll , I was given a complimentary drink as an apology before my evening meal , after my starter, my main being a chicken dished was not cooked properly and still pink in the middle , I shown the waitress and had the meal deducted from my bill, I went to be and left at ten this morning without eating the complimentary breakfast as I just wanted to get as far away as soon as possible, got my bag handed the key to the cleaning lady and left would never go back, and to think the display a Four in the bed award in 2018 well it must of gone down hill dramatically .
