「Quality of furniture in the apartment is really poor with one dining seat being dangerous and mattress on all beds poor. Showers are best left to run for at least 15 minutes till they heat up and was disappointed there was only the kitchen area to sit in which had no tv but one in main bedroom. Stairs are a killer and was not advised about available parking to the rear which I only found on our last night. Can’t fault how clean it all was and it was £100’s cheaper than everything else nearby....

「The chalet was lovely, very clean, comfortable with enclosed decking which was really nice to sit out on in the evening. The owners are dog friendly & they had left a small welcome bag for my staffie with a couple of treats & tennis ball in which i thought was fab. Will definitely be booking again for a longer stay as we only stopped one night. Would definitely recommend this chalet as it is in an ideal location not far from Mablethorpe seafront.」

「We stayed at Chadwick Holiday Flats in Skegness for a short overnight visit and were really impressed. Even though check-in was supposed to end at a specific time, the owners were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in late without any issues. 「When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them.
