“Loved staying here, it was a different experience to staying at a hotel, it was cosy and comfortable. Had a lovely patio area outside where we sat every morning with a cuppa tea, at night we enjoyed sitting under stars while watching films on our laptop. It was dog friendly and our cocker spaniel absolutely loved the stay, lots of beautiful walks around the site, people to meet and it’s less than 20 mins to Skegness for the beach. The hosts was so friendly and made us feel at home, we really……

“As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. There was plenty of tea & coffee plus nice little touches like water chocolate……

“We enjoyed our short two night stay in the van. Had no trouble finding the van. Dog loved the veranda sitting there chatting to the neighbours dogs. Short walk to the shop-morrisons. And a nice walk into ingoldmells. Everything you need for a few nights is in the caravan. Didn't really use the kitchen utensils so can't comment. One negative thing is, the beds weren't very comfy, we made do for two nights but gave me back ache after the second night. It wouldn't stop me from returning.……

“Check in was quick and easy. Caravan was spotless everything we needed in there. Site facilities were incredible, lovely park, soft play on site which was free to use! Nightlife was so good, the ‘superstars’ were fantastic with the children, remembering some of their names, very welcoming and inclusive to everyone. Swimming pool was lovely! Little splash pool for the baby’s/toddlers with a little slide, a splash area with water fountains and then the main pool along with two large slides and……

“The house was exactly as listed, very comfortable and unusually weĺl stocked with essentials. Our stay was during autumn half-term break and weather wasn't great but still plenty to do and the beach would be spectacular on a sunny day. Highly recommend.”

“We had a wonderful time. Very comfortable bed, lovely kitchen and shower room. Wonderfully clean. The meadow garden was lovely, overlooking fields. Outside is a gazebo, two large 6-person picnic benches, outside table & chairs and a sturdy bench. The Wifi was fast and reliable, making streaming Netflix on the large Smart TV effortless. The visitor book in full of wonderful praise for Sarah (the owner) and the cottage - and justifiable so too. Loved it!”

“Hi mablethorpe was lovely and it was a lovely weekend getaway, there were a few issues with property as we entered there was a strong smell of animal urine which i believe was coming from the rug in front room, i hoovered all through and mopped several times i rolled the rugs up and put them under one of the beds for duration of our stay, which is where i left them on leaving (as did not want to touch them again) as we entered bedroom a panel from the ceiling fell of (luckily not on us) and as……

“This was the second time we have stayed here. It is a hotel in a listed building. The rooms are a little smaller than you might like but are very well presented. A listed building, so no air conditioning, small windows, no views and no lift. Bedrooms are all on the first floor so no good if you can't get up stairs. Would have been nice if the young man in reception had offered to help with the luggage as we were obviously pensioners. Location is perfect, just a walk across a bridge……
