“When entering the room, the smell of mold was very strong. The bathroom floor was wet and the ceiling had black mold on it. The bathroom fan did not work and the sheets felt damp. The breakfast that was offered was fine other than the coffee which was almost like water. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful.”

No privacy had a hard time with the outlets to use the outlet next to the sink to be able to use a curling iron had to be able to be plugged underneath the sink cabinet no ballet no luggage service to the room you had to get the card and load your own luggage and take it downstairs and then the valet service was a separate charge from the hotel service at the valet OK”

“Overall nice property. I was surprised after I booked and paid for my room that I would have to pay for parking. Parking fees should be included so you know when you book. No cups/glasses in the room.”

“Wow..just wow! All I can say about this stay was that it was absolutely incredible. Starting from the very easy pre-check in process all the way to the gorgeous rooms, every detail of the Kasa was creative, innovative, and of course, stunning. Between the free iced protein coffee beverages and water in the room refrigerator (plus snacks, like protein bars and chocolate!) to a fully, and I mean fully stocked lobby area with complimentary snacks and more drink options than most restaurants have,……
