“The room is clean & tidy. In the 1st night, there was NO blanket. I whatapps to the Famalu apartments. But, I feel surprised that she told me why do I check first & ask the cleaning lady. Do I need to check the list of having all basic stuffs before I can go out ? Of course, no blanket can be provided at that night. Fortunately, it is still warm. “Veronica from the lobby contacted us and met us at the hotel. The lobby is one flight up stairs. She carried my wife's bag up. The rooms are huge and newly refurbished with modern fixtures. The hotel is situated in a wing of an old monastery and some historical architectural elements have been preserved. The hotel is close to the Duomo, restaurants, and the architectural museum. Taxi pickup and dropoff worked well.”

“We were greeted outside by our amazing hostess Josephine and given a tour of our unique and well appointed inn. We got valuable touring and restaurant tips, a beautifully decorated room that took us back in time and complimentary welcome drinks and snacks. We slept well and enjoyed a delicious breakfast in our room. The hotel itself is quite central, close to Naples airport and central station, but we found the neighbourhood to be ‘gritty’. We unfortunately didn’t feel comfortable walking……

Because they do not staff an office, be sure to watch for the email or notification to let them know when you will be arriving so someone will meet you at the door to let you in the complex. It's an odd place to find and the door buzzer is only for residents of the buildings. Our room was OK. We only had one partial roll of toilet paper for the 3 of us though.
