“The room itself was adequate. We had a bit of trouble getting in once we arrived at the property. There were a few things that didn't work upon arrival - the A/C and heating unit remote display was very dim and not easy to operate. The tv remote didn't work - had to have the batteries replaced twice while on our stay. The couch cover had stains on it so bad that we didn't even sit on it. “We really appreciated the ability to check in at 10:30 am. After a very long flight we needed to rest and was able to do that. However, there was no one at the property in a morning and there was no breakfast for us and it was very important since I travelled with a child. We didn’t know how to check out, so we left the key and left the property. I’m still puzzled about of the idea of bed and breakfast that has no breakfast. ”

“Nice clean room with comfortable bed. Friendly host and clear instructions for self check-in. The area is close to the central station and feels pretty neglected, but for the price it’s absolutely acceptable. There is a metro connection (only reliable public transport we found in Naples) to the city center within 10 minutes walking distance. Two improvement points: (1) a small lamp for the night stand to have some indirect lighting and (2) two small pillows to make reading in bed more……

“Amazing place to stay when in NAPLES. Everything is brand new, electric curtains that allow you to rest. The terrace was my favorite part, I loved relaxing there with my family during the evenings of our stay and we enjoyed a gorgeous view of the Italian Moon.
The location is great, 7 min walking from the train terminal.
All to a very reasonable price.
Alessandro was extremely helpful, I lost my key and he found a way to help me immediately. I recommend 100%”

“I'm very happy with my experience. B&B is really good managed, everything is well thought.
Bed is comfortable, room is nice. Wifi works great.
Terrace offers you an enjoyable view during the breakfast.
The host Massimo is very knowledgeable person, he provided me a very good tourist map and showed the best route based on my personal needs.
I was allowed to leave my bag and spend the rest of the day, exploring Napoli and then pick it up.
Overall, 10 out of 10 experience!

“The room is clean & tidy. In the 1st night, there was NO blanket. I whatapps to the Famalu apartments. But, I feel surprised that she told me why do I check first & ask the cleaning lady. Do I need to check the list of having all basic stuffs before I can go out ? Of course, no blanket can be provided at that night. Fortunately, it is still warm. I wonder if this is the way to communicate to yr client like this…you guys think of it!!!!
