「Dirty marks on walls and around doors that I repeatedly complained about 3 days in a row but nothing has been done and no apology. So called fresh towels had bugs on them, took out the room to replace with staff, again no apology. Food quality and service needs improvement. On a positive note the view from the room was stunning.」

「The hotel is not safe.My daughter who is 13 years old was harrassed and intimidated by a man at the pool who was also staying at the hotel. I reported the incident to the hotel staff but no action was taken. I even emailed the hotel manager but I have never received any reply. I also spoke to that man who smelled alcohol and no staff stayed by the side to support me although the staff witnessed the incident. It appeared that they staff are not properly trained to handle situations involving...

「Clearly not a four star hotel, but was comfortable enough, food was okay if a little cold. Pool area clean and tidy, but you can’t have your own drinks, you have to buy theirs. A/C in room stopped working I had to ask reception 3 times for them to respond and fix but they managed eventually. Costs €50 for late check-out which I thought was quite pricey.」

「Pros: The room cards can be used as theme park tickets during the stay. The swimming pool is attractive. Staff are polite and helpful. Good for family stay. Cons: The room is too dark. Facilities such as kettles or bottled water are not included.」

「Single room was small but had a fridge, modern deco and excellent air conditioning. TV did not have a good picture with interference. Of the three lights in the room only one was working. Only one available wall socket for charging phone etc. Infront of the window was an air conditioning unit which buzzed and hummed throughout the day and evening. It didn't switch off until late at night. Breakfast was very good with ample choice. The pool area was nice but limited number of sunbeds...
