「Tesis çok güzel. Havuzu biraz hayal kırıklığı , ama tesisin geneli , personeli , odaların temizliği , güler yüzlülük herşey 10 numara. Bir kez daha gelirsem kesinlikşe kalırım.」

「The property was clean, but substandard in most areas. The welcome on arrival was pretty much non existent and we were told our confirmed Expedia booking didnt exist. The room was very small and the shower more so. There was 1 towel for 2 of us, though another was delivered on request. The aircon, which was essential leaked water when switched on. We put down a towel to catch the drips, but by morning the curtains (which incidently couldn't be opened) were drenched as was the towel we placed...

「Très agréable établissement situé dans un quartier sûr proche du monument des 3 chefs. La chambre était spacieuse et climatisée. Le wifi fonctionnait bien et par 37degrés, la piscine était très agréable. En conclusion, un excellent rapport qualité prix.」

「I booked this hotel for a 4 night stay for me and two work colleagues. Upon arrival on Sunday afternoon, 6th August 2023, the lady at reception said that she had no record whatsoever of our bookings and said that we couldn’t stay as the hotel was fully booked. When I showed her the paperwork from Hotels.com confirming the booking she was unmoved and refused to honour our booking. No apology although she did telephone a local guest house and they accommodated us for our 4 night stay.」
