Rural Getaway at Homestead Lodge

The Homestead Lodge is an ideal destination for groups who enjoy a beautiful rural setting. We often host hunters, families, and wedding groups. The Lodge is located 5 miles from Bottineau, ND and nearby popular adventure areas Mystical Horizons (10 miles), Bottineau Winter Park and Annie's House (13 miles), Lake Metigoshe and State Park (20 miles), and 35 miles to the International Peace Gardens.

Family reunion

Very peaceful, private country location. Home had plenty of room and everything we needed to eat and play. Will use again if we are in the area. The host Lois phenomenal saw to all our needs. Only negative and wasnt that big a deal but wifi wasnt there for our trip. A plus rating.

Great lodge

It was a beautiful, quiet peaceful spot. It was very clean. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. The restored bin as a gazebo was a great place to get away from flies and bugs. It was ample space for 5 couples. We loved the sink in every bedroom.

Reunion

We had a wonderful stay at the house! My 92 year old father spent much of his life in the Bottineau area and my siblings and I joined him for a long weekend to explore the area. The house was a perfect location and worked very well for our large group. Lois was available and so helpful. Thanks for a great weekend!

Graduation stay

We drove in from Oklahoma and had a great time at this property. The kids played ball outside. My son bbq’ed outside everything we needed was there. There was enough room for all of us and we were very comfortable.

Close to town but out of the way

The lodge was great, and it was just close enough to Bottineau to get there in 10 minutes, but to mostly be able to stay on the property and take in the peace and quiet. We had 7 people during our stay and it was more than big enough for our needs. Lois was very easy to get in touch with when needed as well. Highly recommend this place!
