"We asked for towels and it took 4 more calls to get towels. I also think a coffee stand in the morning would be helpful."

"Warning: First Time Visitor to Vegas so opinion will be slightly skewed. I was not impressed with Excalibur. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve stayed at so that was a plus. Dresser drawers had dirt/crumbs. I was expecting a fridge and there was a spot for one but it wasn’t there. I understand watching TV isn’t the point of Vegas but the TV channel selection and picture quality wasn’t good enough for the 90’s. Not a fan of using the MGM app to enter/exit the elevator and entrance to my room. I will come back to Vegas but won’t stay here."

"The room that we got was the terrace studio. The A/C in the room sounds like a jackhammer banging on the wall every time it turns on. Hard to sleep. The front desk employee that was helping me check in was a bit rude too. Definitely not how I remembered the cosmopolitan the last time I stayed there."
