* Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | will be in Lower level

* Living Room: Internet TV, Wi-Fi, Sofa
* Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen, which you can enjoy at the nearby dining table.
* Full Size Washer and dryer will be sharing with owner (available if your requested), as well as detergent, allowing you to clean your travel clothes.
* Parking: 1 left-side in front of the building or off-street parking (Please, note that owner family resides in the lock-off (other unit) with a separate entrance and living spaces. Please do not use the right side of the drive way for parking in front of the the house.

* A short drive from the airport(40mins) and downtown(20 mins). * You will be close proximity to the mall, grocery stores, University of Colorado, Hospital, and local restaurants.
