Downtown Creekside Retreat

Enjoy the Boulder lifestyle in this perfectly-located, downtown creekside condo - just steps to restaurants and shopping on Pearl Street (3 blocks), the CU campus (5 blocks), the Boulder Creek Path, and the Boulder Farmer's Market.

You'll have all the amenities of home, including a fully-equipped kitchen, central AC, an in-unit washer dryer, reserved parking, fast WiFi, and a private entrance.

This condo has multiple narrow stairs (inside and outside). It's not for those with mobility issues.

This is a bright and sunny end-unit condo on the second and third floors of a three story building.

There are two upstairs bedrooms: one facing an offshoot of the Boulder Creek and one with a balcony overlooking 17th street.

Guests will have access to the entire space including washer, dryer, and balcony. There is a locked owner closet.

This is a lovely condo in a quiet but accessible location to walk to many shops and restaurants. We also found some hiking very close by. The unit was excellent for our WFH getaway for 2 people over the course of a week. The host was responsive to messages sent in the app. I felt very comfortable here and appreciated the amenities including parking, porch, linens and fully stocked kitchen . I would highly recommend this home for an enjoyable and relaxing time in Boulder!

Great apartment and location for exploring Boulder. Appreciated the air conditioning during our summer stay. I was nervous about booking because at the time there were no reviews, but the place is great. Felt safe. Appreciated dedicated parking space. I only wish there was a fan or AC in the bathroom, it got a bit warm while trying to get ready.
