Ideal location in Boulder!

Perfect for our family vacation, this charming house was ideally situated, being a short walk to the foothill trails as well as Pearl Street!

Angry at a ruined vacation!

Middle of July, 90+ degree heat, traveling with two very young children and the owner of the property doesn't bother to mention there is no air conditioning until it's too late to find an alternative arrangement!?! The house was cute and would probably be fine another time of the year, but our family vacation was a miserable experience due to lack of disclosure. I didn't think this was something I'd need to verify in the year 2017.

Everything fine - except no A/C in summer

Everything was totally fine except I would not rent here in the summer again. With no A/C, the house did not cool down even at night. I thought it would. The living room was unbearably hot. There's window-ish units for 2 of the bedrooms, but the 3rd bedroom did not cool down much at all. Hate leaving a review like this b/c everything was alright (maybe provide some shower stuff like shampoo/soap) but myself and the 2 other guests could not sleep b/c of it.

Perfect for visiting CU Boulder

Property was exactly as described. Was walkable to Pearl Street and a great location for our family to visit our daughter at CU Boulder. Great communication with the owner and they made everything very easy for us.

Good location—enjoyable walk to Pearl Street. In a quiet neighborhood with lovely gardens. Nice sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. Sasha was gracious and hospitable.

Wonderful

Our stay was wonderful! Great little house with just what we needed. Lots of light and overall just a relaxing place to stay. The location is great - walkable to Pearl St and a near by shopping center. The host was wonderful to work with and very responsive for the few questions I have. Definitely a place I'll book again!

Cute and convenient

Perfectly suited for family of 4, we enjoyed staying here for parent’s weekend at CU Boulder. The space was convenient for our needs and in a quiet location in town. The place was clean and tidy and Sasha’s instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Not for everyone but definitely sufficient for or stay

Wasn't warned of the tendents living below or that you have to take your shoes off upon entering due to the noise below. But after or fiat night and receiving a message that we were too loud it became clear we were not Kent for this property. Other than that it was a good stay and was reasonably close to pearl street for walking but we ended up driving most of the time. But had a great time and love Colorado and the people!

I loved my stay, but some improvements were needed

Overall we had a great stay. Yeah house heater didn’t work well. It was either too cold or too hot with no in between The window could have had curtains or coverings so the light form the light post did not shine brightly in the rooms. This made it difficult for the little one to sleep

Great Boulder getaway!

We had a great last minute stay here. The owner was friendly, helpful and fast to communicate with, we really enjoyed the location and the home was perfect for 4 adults and a child. It was pretty warm but the fans & cooling units kept the heat at bay and the covered outdoor sitting area was great during the light evening rain. Thank you!

The inside is really cute and comfortable. Loved the quiet neighborhood, great location!

We (4 of us) were here for our annual ladies trip. We had a wonderful time, very relaxing. I enjoyed my coffee every morning on the patio :)

Quaint Girls Weekend

Really cute, quaint street. Walk to town and hiking. We stayed for a girls weekend and had a great time! Also, we never ran out of hot water for showers with 5 ladies!! .

Great place in a great location

We had lots of family in town for our son's wedding, and we rented this place for my sister-in-law, her two adult sons, and their partners (5 people). They loved staying here--the three bedrooms were perfect, they said that the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. They cooked and enjoyed an elaborate breakfast each morning. They didn't use them, but were impressed to see that the kitchen included a small washer and dryer, which would have been super convenient if needed. The whole place is very pleasingly decorated. I have a friend who lives close by who popped over to see the place and she immediately decided that she'd like to rent it too for family that will be visiting her this summer.

A Boulder Gem...

After hours of searching online for a place to stay in Boulder that would suit our family of six, we stumbled upon this gem! A complete kitchen was a must, rooms for our older children and a common space. A short distance from Pearl St. and hiking just up the road allowed the use of a car to be minimized. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood the overall space was efficiently comfortable. The owner response time was quick and kind and answered any questions that arose. She made the stay pleasantly stress free. We look forward to staying there in the future.
