The house is located 11km from Civaux and 18km from Gençay.

The residence is made up of a ground floor and 1st floor.

Sheets and towels are provided.



On the ground floor, you will find:

- A large living room with a TV, a office area, WiFi (optical fiber).

- A kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine, fridge-freezer.

- A laundry area with vacuum cleaner, machine washing machine, mop, broom.

- Wc





On the 1st floor, you will find:

- A bedroom with 1 double bed, an office space and which has its own bathroom and toilet.

n- A bedroom with a double bed,

- A bedroom with a double bed and a single bed,

- A bathroom with shower and toilet,

- A bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet,



On the 2nd floor you will find a large bedroom with a bathroom.



Important notes:

Late arrivals and departures are possible at an additional cost.



Upon arrival, you will find everything you need you need to start your vacation off right: dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent and sponges, etc.



Household linen (bedding, towels, tea towels, etc.) is included.



A cleaning fee is charged at the time of booking. However, to facilitate changes, we ask that the property is left in a clean and tidy condition and that furniture is returned to its place on arrival. Trash cans should also be emptied and refrigerators emptied. If the property is left in an unreasonable condition, guests will have a portion of their deposit deducted to cover additional cleaning costs at the rate of €35/hour.
