Super holiday stay

We had a super stay. Great and beatiful house garden and swimming pool. Ideal for relaxing. Look forward to a next stay. Very friendly an helpful host, communicative & resonsive eager to help and find solutions (we had a technical issue with the swimming pool cleaning robot and it was immediately fixed)

Lovely House Near Mazamet

We found the house easily and it was exactly as described - a lovely house and pool in well tended private gardens. Philippe was there to welcome us and although he doesn't speak much English and I don't speak much French, he explained all that we needed to know without too much difficulty. The house is very comfortable with a very well equipped modern kitchen and a wide array of garden furniture to suit all requirements. There was also a covered outdoor dining area if we wanted to eat outside. Having use of the garage meant that that on the hot days, the car was comfortably cool. As well as the two nice bottles of wine left by Philippe, there were also the basics provided so that we didn't need a supermarket trip to buy things such as coffee, cooking oil, sugar, herbs and spices. Dishwasher and washing machine pods were also provided. The weather wasn't always great while we were there, but on days when it wasn't pool weather, it was a lovely place just to sit around and do not much. The WiFi was very good - fast and reliable - so we could always keep up with world and home events (if that is a good thing). All in all this is easily one of the best properties we have stayed in during our many years of coming to France.

Wij huren al jaren vakantiehuizen en leggen de lat op voorhand vrij hoog. Zelfstandige vrijheid en wooncomfort vinden wij erg belangrijk. Wat zijn we blij verrast met dit magnifieke huis. Alles is aanwezig voor een heerlijk verblijf! Het huis straalt warmte uit en is erg mooi ingericht. De tuin geeft veel vrijheid en is erg mooi. De terassen en overkappingen zorgen ervoor dat je er heerlijk kunt vertoeven. Uiteraard is het verwarmde zwembad erg fijn. We hebben ons 2 weken de koning te rijk gevoeld. Wat een aanrader!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour reposant dans une très belle propriété au calme et sans vis-à-vis.Maison propre, très bien équipée et très bien agencée. Taille et proximité de la piscine avec la maison très agréable. Top voor wie van rust houdt!

Huis op een zeer rustige locatie (Cucussac, gehucht van de gemeente Bout-du-Pont-de-l'Arn) met ruime tuin en met veel groen rondom. Een echte aanrader voor wie van rust houdt. Het huis bezit alle comfort nodig voor een vakantiehuis waar men vooral buiten leeft. Prima verwarmd zwembad (28-29C). Vriendelijk no-nonsense onthaal door de eigenaar met wie tijdens het verblijf vlot gecommuniceerd kan worden. Er is een grootwarenhuis (hypermarkt E. Leclerc) op 7 minuten rijden van het verblijf.

Super Familienurlaub

Wir haben zwei Wochen mit unseren 12- und 14-jährigen Kindern im Haus von Philippe verbracht und wirklich jede Minute genossen. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von Philippe begrüßt, der uns das Haus, den Pool etc. gezeigt und erklärt hat. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz, um Kleidung und andere Dinge so zu verstauen, dass nicht immer etwas im Weg liegt. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat einen großen Kleiderschrank. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und man darf den Grill / Gasgrill benutzen. Es gibt zwei Terrassen (eine überdacht) und eine Outdoor-Lounge, so dass man draußen schön sitzen und entspannen kann. Das absolute Highlight, insbesondere für die Kinder, war der Pool.Die Beschreibung und die Bilder auf Fewo sind sehr genau und stellen alles so dar, wie es ist. Es waren für uns wirklich zwei tolle Wochen und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Un havre de paix dans un écrin de verdure

La maison de Philippe et Marie Odile est très jolie, de surcroît particulierement confortable et fonctionnelle. Elle est située dans un hameau, à l'écart de la ville, au calme mais à proximité de tout. La piscine est chauffée et très agréable. Le jardin est superbe et très bien entretenu. Nos hôtes furent aussi disponibles que discrets. En résumé, c'est le logement que nous rêvons de reserver chaque année pour les vacances.

Le plaisir d’une belle villa

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cette belle région où la nature est préservée, lacs et forêts tout proche, belles randonnées au programme. Le propriétaire est accueillant, et facilement joignable. La villa de plein pied est très agréable sur un grand terrain avec piscine, nichée dans un petit hameau au calme mais près des commerces. La villa est très spacieuse, bien décorée au gout du jour et très confortable. L’équipement moderne est au top, il y a tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin, intérieur comme extérieur. C’est vraiment parfait. Nous recommandons cette belle location. Un grand merci aux propriétaires.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Bout-du-Pont-de-Larn sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus war eines der schönsten, das wir bislang hatten: Richtig groß, perfekt ausgestattet, in absolut ruhiger Umgebung lud es auch einfach mal nur zum Verweilen ein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (E Leclerc Supermarkt und zahlreiche weitere Geschäfte, Bäckereien etc.) sind vor Ort. Der Gastgeber (Philippe) ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zwei kleine Nachteile: Das Haus liegt in einem Weiler, oberhalb des eigentlichen Ortes und ist nur über eine wirklich steile Straße zu erreichen - mit dem Auto ist das egal, mit dem Fahrrad allerdings durchaus mühsam... Etwas störend waren auch die zahlreichen Mücken, die uns an manchen Nachmittagen und Abenden von der Terrasse ins Haus vertrieben und auch dort nicht wirklich in Ruhe gelassen haben. Insgesamt aber ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Het huis is zeer ruim en heeft in elke kamer een airconditioning! Er is een zeer grote keuken met alle benodigdheden. Een grote tuin en een geweldig zwembad maakte alles compleet! In één woord fantastisch!

Schöne Ferien in einem tollen Anwesen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung ist modern und stimmig. Eine tolle große Küche mit allen Komfort. Der komplette Außenbereich mit Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Auch die überdachte Terrasse mit Grill konnten wir an 1 Regentag gut nutzen. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur 4 Kilometer entfernt waren Ideal. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen.

Heel ruime woning, superschoon, echt alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Zeer uitgebreide en goede keukeninventaris. Grote, mooi onderhouden tuin met tuinmeubilair. Vriendelijke eigenaar, spreekt geen Engels maar met de telefoonapp kwamen we een heel eind. Veel privacy. Zeer rustige omgeving en in Mazamet leuke restaurantjes. Top.

Traumhaftes Objekt

Wir buchen breits seit über 40 Jahren alleinstehende Häuser mit Pool, hatten ab noch nie ein solch taumhaftes Objekt, an dem es wirklich an nichts gefehlt hat. Das Eigentümer-Ehepaar hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war während des Aufenthaltes immer für eventuelle Fragen ansprechbar. Wer Ruhe sucht und in einer wunderschönes Umgebung sich erholen möchte, ist genau hier richtig.
