Take the bike or canoe (available free of charge) and dive into the unique landscape of the Spreewald, which is crisscrossed by numerous streams.

The property includes a lovingly landscaped garden, a parking space on the property, a spacious terrace with a large parasol, barbecue and patio furniture as well as a play and sunbathing lawn with z. T. old trees. A sandpit for children with associated toys and table tennis table are also available as well as a separate landing stage with boarding and alighting on the river. The canoes are there for you to use free of charge. Bicycles are also available for your excursion free of charge. The total size of the property is ~ 700sqm.
Inside there is an open fitted kitchen on the lower floor, separated by a log wall equipped with a dishwasher, fridge and freezer combination as well as an electric stove, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The spacious living area with satellite TV and radio connects to the kitchen and has an exit to the terrace.
A Canadian lumberjack stove (Bullerjan) is the central point of the living area. Also on the lower floor there is a small toilet, a storage room and a hallway / cloakroom with wooden stairs to the upper floor. There is a large and small bedroom, a comfortable and modern bathroom with shower and toilet, and a hallway with a desk and a view of the garden and the river. The bedrooms on the upper floor can accommodate up to 6 people.
The bathroom, toilet and the hall on the ground floor also have electric underfloor heating. All rooms are also equipped with separate radiators.
