Peaceful setting

Clean, light and relaxing setting. Cooking is limited but restaurants are close by. Make sure to get specific google map info from Linda so you don’t get lost.

Location Location Location and Linda!

Great Location between two of the best beaches in the Hamptons. Parking for non residents available at both beaches. We went to Cooper's beach Saturday morning afraid we would not find parking. We arrived around 10:15 am and had our choice of parking spot, I would guess that at least another 50-100 spots were open on a Saturday morning in prime time. The apartment is beautiful. Exactly as advertised or better. Everything is brand new. Little outside patio area is very quaint for morning coffee or dinner outside. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Last but most important. Linda is the best host I have ever stayed with. Her husband is also very kind and amiable. Linda was very hospitable, friendly, full of knowledge, and accommodating. The apartment is next door to her home, so if you stay, please treat this place as you would treat your own home (or your parents' home if you are a slob)! Talk is cheap.. so as proof of our affinity for this place and the hosts we booked again for next month. Safe travels and reach out to me with any questions! Dave PS - Dont tell too many people about this place - its our little secret.

Great stay!

My company is working in Southampton this summer and we needed a place to stay close by. Linda's cottage has been lovely and convenient. She always accommodates our team's fluctuating arrival times and makes sure everyone is comfortable. She's been a pleasure to speak with throughout our experience!
