Comfortable property in a beautiful setting

Enjoyed our stay on the Étang after a few weeks in Provence. Property is as described - comfortable with good kitchen. Outside space is good - roof terrace gives great views but a little more difficult to access. Good and responsive communication with Joanna. Lovely village and abundance of shellfish in a good range of restaurants. Highly recommended. Wish we had been able to stay a bit longer.

Bouzigues 2024

It was our third trip to Bouzigues and we love this small charming village at the Étang de Thau with the friendly people who inhabit it and with their nice (sometimes challenging) Occitan accent. The Étang de Thau is a hotspot for mussels and oyster farming and someone who loves seafood, will enjoy it in the restaurant or directly at the producteur tasting. In the surrounding area from Bouzigues you'll find many winemakers and a lot of good wine at the province Languedoc. Perhaps you'll to take a glass of wine with a picnic outside? No problem, take a basket, sit down at the museum harbour and enjoy a moody southern French sundown. Watersports at the Étang de Thau is also doable. Swimming, standup paddleboarding, sailing, canoeing or simply lazy laying on the beach is possible there. This year for the first time, we rented this cosy apartement on the second floor, which is really great, top equipped and well maintained. From the top of a small roof terace you have a nice view of the Étang the Thau with the opposite town Sète in the background. The owner has done absolutely everything to make us feel welcome. Thank you very much. We love it and -nous reviendrons-

Über den Dächern des Etang de Thau

Meine Schwester und ich verbrachten 4 schöne Tage in Joannas Appartement. Das Appartement ist vollständig eingerichtet und befindet sich in guter Lage in Bouzigues, nah am Étang. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf das Wasser.

Village tranquille

Appartement très agréable, la vue sur le toit n'est visible que lorsqu'on est debout mais c'est toujours appréciable. Le seul bémol sur l'appartement est qu'il n'y a pas de volets aux fenêtres, nous qui aimons l'obscurité pour dormir, les rideaux non occultants nous ont gênés. Joanna est toujours là pour répondre aux besoins. Le village est calme, idéal pour une famille cherchant la tranquilité.

Nach anfänglichen Missverständnissen konnte alles zu beiderseitigem Glück gelöst werden. Joanna und John sind sehr herzliche Menschen. Sie hatten für alles ein offenes Ohr und sich sofort gekümmert. Das Appt. ist sehr sauber, die Lage direkt am Hafen ist ein Traum. Es gibt dort alles , was man braucht , um eine schöne Zeit zu haben..Wir trennten uns als Freunde !

Erholsamer Frankreichurlaub mit gutem Essen und tollen Stränden

Das Appartment bietet mit zwei Terassen ausgesprochen schöne Aussichten auf die Umgebung und das Basin du Thau. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Ort ist nicht überlaufen, trotz der Nähe zu vielen Restaurants (Austern ohne Ende :-) ) genießt man seine Ruhe. Alles in Allem konnten wir trotz Corona einen schönen Frankreichurlaub genießen!!!
