「We absolutely loved our stay at Emme Hotel! This place is a hidden gem elegant, freshly renovated (as of April 2025), and simply stunning. The room was beautifully upgraded, and the bedding felt like sleeping on a cloud. The shower? Spa-worthy. Every detail was thoughtfully designed. What really made our stay exceptional was the staff. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind and helpful they gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations, and every single one was a hit! Emme Hotel...

「The lobby was very welcoming, breakfast was good as continental. The room was slightly disappointing with what the lobby suggested as a 4 star hotel. May be with a price of 80 Europe I get the most simple one. Hotel with air on all the time. Front desk was extremely helpful and let me late check out at 1pm. Location is unbeatable as the heart just a lane of 30 steps away. I will come back book a better room next time...thanks」

「The room is clean. There is public wifi at the lobby. No wifi in the room. 5 Euro for breakfast for each person. There is no air conditioner in the room, but it is not too hot in the room during summer timeas the hotel is on highland. There is fan in the room.」

Although we went there in February this year, my mind often thinks of beautiful scenery. The hotel is extremely clean and tidy with numerous unique collectibles , your eyes never get tired , like a secret garden . 「The best accommodations we've had in Italy. The rooms are so cute! The stone walls, brick ceiling, and chandelier... I felt like I woke up in a castle. The entire property is just beautiful!! Breakfast was yummy. I wish I took more of the chocolate pastry. Staff was so helpful and friendly. We even met the owner, who was so kind and most generous. I highly recommend staying at Casale Serena. It would be best to get there before dark so you don't miss the signs to locate Serena. You can walk to...
