"This is my second time staying here, in the larger apartment. I am just as happy this time as I was the first time. Francesca is so nice, and so easy to work with, and the apartment couldn't be in a better place in Orvieto. Such a great value for the cost! "The property has a lovely pool and surroundings, nice ambience, family atmosphere. We had a lovely room, spacious. Unfortunately breakfast with an allergy was forgotton. Suggest the fridge be upgraded so it keeps drinks cold in summer as really not adequate. Please when contact is needed it would be useful to have a contact number to ring when no one is around. "

Unfortunately despite there being two kitchen there are no pans to prepare food in as this is not allowed and it would have been lovely to stay in one night and dine on the terrace.
