Wonderful stay at this quaint inn! The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful, and the grounds were beautiful. The location is perfect for enjoying the historic town. We hope to return someday and stay longer!

Great location just down the hill from Orvieto. Francesca was a great host. The room was large and clean and breakfast was yummy home made cakes, eggs, bread/oil, meats and cheeses. Lots of option fresh from the farm.

This is the perfect little family-owned bed and breakfast. The property is gorgeous and the hosts were absolutely wonderful. The breakfast was also fantastic, and well above our expectations. Would stay here again and again!

Most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The setting is so lovely , even this time of year. And the staff are wonderful. The breakfast was really good. I am sad we only booked one night.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We loved the property grounds and the view of Orvieto. The staff were welcoming and super helpful. During our stay the wifi was not good and hardly accessible, which was frustrating. The posting lists laundry facilities, which we assumed was accessible for guests to use on property, however, it was a service in which we gave our laundry to be cleaned and then ended up paying 25 euros and took over 36 hours to be returned. The pool was amazing and very relaxing. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! Extra bonus~ Francesca and her family had dogs and a cat.

The staff, rooms and property were above our expectations. Francesca provided a ride to the property and on our day of departure to the Rome airport (for a fee). The room was spacious, clean, provided everything we could want and was so welcoming. The breakfast was wonderful

The location is close to the train station. You can walk up to Orvieto - it’s a 10-15 minute walk. The owners were really sweet and helpful. My room was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I wish I had stayed longer to enjoy the pool.

Incredibly beautiful, beds are super comfortable, delicious breakfast. Out of the busy part of town, but still close enough. Quintessential Italian countryside feel while still being close to town. What more could you want?

We spent two nights at Podere Sette Piagge and left wishing we’d booked a third. This charming agriturismo sits just below Orvieto’s famous tufa cliff, close enough to the historic center that you feel connected to the town, but far enough removed to enjoy genuine peace and quiet. The property itself is lovely — a late 19th-century farmhouse surrounded by chestnut trees, an orchard, and a beautifully kept garden. The pool area was a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring, and the grounds give the whole stay a relaxed, unhurried feel. We had dinner on-site and it was absolutely outstanding — the kind of meal that reminds you why you travel to Italy in the first place. Course after course of beautifully prepared food, generous to a fault. We came to the table hungry and left barely able to move, in the best possible way. Do not skip dinner here. The room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and furnished with rustic character. WiFi was reliable, air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was spacious. If you’re looking for an authentic Umbrian agriturismo experience with real heart — and serious food — Podere Sette Piagge is the real thing. We’ll be back.

What an excellent stay and experience we had at Podere Sette Piagge!! The service provided and quality of the property very clearly exceeded our expectations. Our guest room was clean, spacious and well decorated. Owner Francesca was very focused on servicing our requests. She also very effectively arranged our transportation requests. The daily buffet breakfast was excellent - superb pastries, fresh fruits and plenty of other assorted items in a very comfortable patio setting. Just over the top in all aspects of our stay. Very highly recommend this property.

We absolutely loved our stay at Podere Sette Piagge! Francesca and her team were wonderful and very accommodating. The room was spacious and clean - the beds were comfortable. The pool was our favorite part! It was absolutely perfect for unwinding on the hot summer days!! We ate dinner one evening and the food was wonderful too! We hope to return some day and would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. It truly checked every box. The property is stunning, spotless, and exceptionally well maintained. The property is gorgeous, a cute, cozy, quiet place to relax after our busy stay in the city. It is in the center of the town. They have a cute path to the top of the hill. The breakfast selection included pastries, yogurt, and fruits from their garden. They offer and make delicious coffee! We wish we had more time to stay!

It is in a beautiful setting and very relaxing. Francesca, her father and staff were all very helpful and friendly. Nice and fresh breakfast. Easy to park if you have a car. It is a bit of a hike if you want to walk to Orvieto center- and I personally didn’t mind but you can take a taxi if too much. We went to the restaurant across the street one night which was very good, as an option close by. I would recommend this hotel if you enjoy having a nice outdoor space.

Questa struttura è un angolo di pace. Un podere immerso nel verde, con splendida piscina. Il nostro appartamento era arredato con gusto e con tutto il necessario. Bello il bagno: ristrutturato e curato nei particolari. Comodi i letti e ottima la dotazione di biancheria. La Signora Francesca è molto gentile e disponibile. Super la colazione a buffet servita sotto il pergolato. Posizione strategica per visitare Orvieto e dintorni.
