“Clean and spacious private entrance mother-in-law suite in a nice and quiet neighborhood. About a 25-40 minute ride, depending on traffic, into Boston.”

“Great place to stay, I’m on a full size truck and parking was tight but doable as long as other tenants stay in the lines. Renovations were beautiful and functional. Only suggestion is that shower heads upgrade to improve water pressure. Tough to rinse shampoo out but I think that’s common in this part of the city. ”

“This property was clean and in a cute quiet neighborhood of small houses. It was easy to get to and convenient. There is a small yard with a nice outdoor seating area for coffee or a glass of wine. It was summer and the central air was adequate and we made suggestions to the home owner for simple improvements. The main bathroom has a very noisy sump pump which was a surprise but not intolerable. For a several night layover in the Boston area this is an overall is a good option.”

“Room had a desk that helped me get work done comfortably. The internet connection stayed steady during calls, making it convenient for business needs here.”

“Quick stop while passing through Nashua, rooms were carpeted and colorful as promised, easy parking right outside too.”

“Easy in and out. Place was dated but clean. The host was welcoming and easy to work with. Parking is good. A little pricy but safe neighborhood.”

“Immaculate property! Modern and clean.”

“We stayed here for Boston trip. It was a great location, drive to city was easy. Cute ice cream place and Stop and shop close by. The entrance is on a short private road which was unexpected.”

“The add states an entire home, this is a home with small bedrooms and a bathroom. I was under the impression by the description the entire home was ours without others on the property. I’d put that in the description I felt under comfortable with the men on the property. False advertising ”
