“Refrigerator temp not cooling. Only work top. Not the bottom”

“The host was very accommodating to my requests. He was quick to respond and was easy to work with. We were in town for a wedding, so he helped us out with our timelines.Home was clean and he provided some snacks and coffee pods for arrival. This was a big help and has become rare for most places we have stayed, It was great to have those items because we did not have to go to the store first thing. We were able to unload, grab a water or coffee, grab a snack, rest and then move on to other……

“This unit was perfect for my stay in Alexandria. I was visiting my Dad in the hospital nearby and this unit had everything I needed. It rained while I was there and that made this unit a bright spot to land each day. The washer/dryer were perfect for the small loads I needed during my stay. I am very pleased and will stay here again.”

“This rental was as represented if you are expecting the Four Seasons or even the hotel experience this is not it. “Day one the refrigerator don’t work, day two the washer flooded the bathroom/bedroom floor. The landlord said he sent someone by, I don’t risk trying to use the washer again so I’m not sure he ever showed up. I asked for more towels and he said I would have to put the ones I had in a trash bag outside to get new ones. I never did, I just dried them and used them. I also think the landlord uses AI to manage the property. Responses seem computer generated. Area is not great either. ”

“The host was very responsive and the home was nice and clean. ”
