“The hotel apartment was large, with any amenity available, from a full kitchen with 14 cup coffee maker and great tasting coffee, to high end linens and towels. Very well priced, too.”

“A Beautiful historical Hotel. Good drinks & friendly staff at their bar. The doorman, check-in staff & valet was well run & professional. Comfy beds, water pressure awesome in the shower, nice layout. Couldn’t get in the steak restaurant due to a buy out.”

“This hotel is stunning. I rented the room for my daughter's prom night so she was in walking distance to her venue. I ended up booking a second room while staying here. The hotel staff was so nice and helpful. The rooms are spotless, bathrooms are great, beds are comfortable. ”

“We were accused of smoking in the room and got charged 250$ over it and we dont even smoke. There was no talking to them about it so we just ate that 250$. The maids leave the balcony doors open while they clean and the balconys are EXTREMELY close together so if someone was smoking while they were cleaning then of course they would smell it in that room even if it was someone on the floor below them smoking on the balcony. I walked back into the room before we left and it DID NOT smell like……

“It is right in the middle of downtown. There are plenty of things to do! The room stayed cool when we used ac and it stayed warm at night when we used the heat. The staff there are absolutely amazing! Especially Jordan! ”

“Clean room, spacious room since we did the suite. I just wished we had more storage space for clothes but we used the bar where the microwave was for our clothes and made it work for us . Friendly staff. Would stay there again! Easy walk to Aquarium and children’s museum.”

“The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Televisions in the room lacked streaming services. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. There are no service lifts for work crews and cleaning staff. Everyone uses the same lifts which is a less than optimal guest experience. ”
