“I will say first and foremost, the front desk staff was very kind and apologetic. So we were comforted by that and felt how sorry she was. We do not believe that this hotel is meant for families, it is beyond disgusting. We got there about 9pm, we were given a room and room card, went to that room and used the key card - there was someone already there. Went back down and got another room, and it was not clean whatsoever, cat food all over the ground smelt like cigarettes, a used water bottle.……

“Do not book a stay at this hotel. The Direct TV box was not hooked up. We took the top off of the toilet tank because it kept running all the time and we had to fix it about once an hour. The room was so dingy. It looked like it was painted by a teenager. Probably one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. Now I will say the showers were nice and hot. And the mattresses were very comfortable. It was not worth, however the price that we paid for our weekend.”

“The room was not clean at all. They hadn’t dusted the furniture on the top & to make it worse inside the drawers haven’t been cleaned out. And the floors were disgusting and sticky & hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile. they never have clean towels available, and they never take out your trash& if you lift up your trash sack in your trashcan, it should be lined with another trashcan liner. Instead, the bottom of the trashcan is horrifying and disgusting. That will make it’ll make your skin crawl.……

“This was a great hotel for our stay. Very clean and our suite was huge. Would definitely stay here again. Nice indoor pool with even better outdoor seating.”

“We had a very nice stay at the hotel. It is nothing fancy but overall the room was clean, beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was amazing. Breakfast was not great they didnt have much to choose from. The building is definately older but again nothing that really impacted the stay. The staff was nice and very friendly.”

The rooms were clean, the common areas were inviting, and the overall property was well cared for. The breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay. “The room was clean & comfortable. We came in to Omaha in late flight & shuttle was prompt in picking us up. We also parked our car at hotel for flight & trip before stay. All worked out very ell. Thank you.”

“The staff is friendly and it's a good location off I-80 and near restuarants. Breakfast is okay but other hotels have been better. It's overly dog friendly (do-do on the floor). TV didn't work so staff moved us to another room.”

“Stayed two nights and room was never checked on. No new towels or trash so I had to ask the receptionist myself for new towels and trash bags. Everything else besides that was decent.”
