Quintessential Montana

We absolutely loved this house. We’ve been coming to the Paradise Valley for many years. In fact we used to live right down the street about a half mile toward Livingston. When I live there, I’d always drive by the little red house sometimes even taking pictures. I’m so thrilled to have been able to stay there with my family and share our love for this area and our nostalgic past.

The bed's are comfy, the kitchen has all the supplies you need, the washing machine/dryer are a great amenity after a week of exploring the area. The back porch is perfect for dinners or relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning. Checking in/out was super easy. Would highly recommend this rental property!

Montana Escape

This home and location was spectacularly beautiful, and definitely qualifies as a “unique stay.”At the time we were staying, there were mommy and baby horses on the property, and we were able to pet them! They certainly made for amazing photo ops. The place itself was roomy for all 7 of us (5 adults 2 elementary aged kiddos). The beds were super comfortable, and that beautiful foothills/Mountain view was pretty much visible in every window of the house. Albertsons was a short drive away which was super convenient. All of us agreed that we have to come back to this place again. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else!!

As always, this house offers everything including comfort, style, extraordinary views, room to gather with my beloved family, and, of course, frolicking foals who sometimes nap. I love that all of the things that would be extras anywhere else are simply included so we can just settle in and get on with the business of fun. My absolute favorite aspect of this house is the long table in the dining room and the long table on the deck. Loads of room to gather each evening to eat, laugh, and make memories with family and friends.

Reviewer Comments: Our week long stay at the Red House Homestead was saved from bad luck (smoke, rain) by the excellent quality of the house (particularly the kitchen) and by the herd of Momma horses and their offspring in the meadows. Overall the house is finished to a high level and was spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend this rental. I had some concern about being close to a road, but the windows are virtually soundproof and we were never disturbed.

The little red cottage!!

Reviewer Comments: Due to a change in our original rental, where the owners decided to cancel the rental, less then 48 hours before our arrival, We booked this on 6/1/2019. Turnkey Property Management , needed to find us (7 adults) a place to stay. the location was about 20 miles further away from where the original rental was. We were lost for words to say the lease,after getting 7 adults to agree on a location and having the carpet pulled out from under us all.All though the cottage served us, there was compromise that we all needed to was 1.500 sq.feet smaller !!!! than he original rental. that being said,Turnkey P.M..did their best to satisfy us all. Beautiful well maintained property right by the Yellowstone river.

The family loved this home beautiful views and comfortable setting. The fly fishing was great just a short walk to river. Yellowstone National Park was an easy beautiful drive away. Easy drives to both Livingston and Bozeman. We are already looking to plan our next trip to stay in this beautiful home and state.

In fact, almost every time there is is some kind of disappointment, but not here! This is the first vacation rental (and my family has been to many) where it met or beat every expectation we had. To say the home is quaint and beautiful is understatement and the scenery is just majestic every which way you turn. The service from start to finish with Deena was the best I’ve experienced as well. Top notch all around and it will not disappoint!

It has ample space for ort visiting family and our local family members to gather and spread out both inside and out. Horses with foals in the pasture just off the deck was a terrific addition.
