Welcome to our Century Charm, right in the heart of Bracebridge, Muskoka! We are located across the street from the Muskoka river, steps to Bracebridge Falls, about a 5 minute drive from Santa’s Village and within a 6 min walk to the historic downtown core. We are within 1 km from all your needed amenities such as restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy and walking distance to the Muskoka Brewery, Bracebridge Barrelhouse and other retail outlets. We were a century old home with tonnes of character that has been fully gutted and renovated and fully furnished with all your modern amenities

This location is absolutely perfect for our family getaway.Super clean and organized for when we arrived and a most communicative host.There is literally everything you need here for a relaxing comfortable stay and it is so centrally located in town that you can park your car and walk.Will definitely keep this location on my stay list for future trips.

Love the house. It was clean and well equipped. It provided towels, toilet paper etc. It had barbecue machine. There was a lot of space to park. Quiet neighborhood. 10 mins drive to Santa village and 5 mins drive to Muskoka cruise. Great family stay.

The house was perfect for our stay in Bracebridge. We were there for a hockey camp at the community center and the location of the house and amenities were perfect for our family of 5. The mudroom area was a bonus for all our hockey gear. Definitely recommend!

A perfect getaway with friends and family! The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While it mentions accommodation for 10, it’s worth noting there are 3 bedrooms with queen beds, and additional sleeping arrangements are provided through a sofa and an air mattress. Overall, a great stay with all the amenities we needed to feel right at home.…!!!

Modern Century charming
Our stay was only for 2 nights, but this home has all of the amenities listed, plus more. It would be great for a longer vacation. The location was ideal for our needs. Reserving, check in & check out were all seamless. The house & bedrooms were roomy, comfortable & well stocked.I would recommend this rental.

October Getaway to Bracebridge
The home is conveniently located in Bracebridge. It's a corner lot, and both streets had little traffic running by. We were also close enough to enjoy a leisurely walk to the grocery store. The property pictures do not do the house justice. It was impeccably clean, well stocked with appliances, dishwater and linens. Thank you, Wendy, for your part in our family enjoying a great weekend.

Perfect Stay!
This home is beautiful! I stayed with my young family to take them to Santa’s Village and the location was perfect! Very close to downtown and everything you need! The home itself is beautifully renovated. The bedrooms are small and could use some blackout curtains but overall were great. Highly recommend!

Best property in Bracebridge
We have stayed at a close by “Inn” and know the area, this property surpasses anything close by!
The location is close to all amenities as well nearby Huntsville, Gravenhurst …
Being there Family Day long weekend during a snow storm, the neighbours even blew out the drive so we didn’t have to shovel.
The owners are always available with prompt answers to any questions you may have.
The side door entry by the garage is not heated, but gave us lots of room to leave boots, snow shoes, skates etc until needed. Entering from here into the main house there is a mat that summarizes this property that reads: “get cozy”.
Three well appointed bedrooms upstairs, open concept main floor. Everything is like brand new, there are lots of perks here above and beyond basic spices so if you forget anything, the owners most likely have provided for it.
It felt like home and it was easy to “get cozy” !

Great fall weekend getaway
Six of us stayed here for the weekend for the Muskoka Marathon. It was a great location for walking into town for food and drinks, and good for getting to the race course to watch runners.
The kitchen was well stocked with staples, dishes, etc. Bedrooms and bathrooms were fine. It was great to have the garage to store our bikes. Getting in was an issue as the given code didn’t work. I’m sure Wendy will sort this out in the future. A better on line book on the property - what do do at check out, how the TV works - would be helpful.
We’d stay here again!
