“the advertisement gives the impression that it's a clean set up....in reality it was the opposite. Dirty, stuffy, dusty not as was described and in the attic which I requested information and confirmation on only to realise it was after I had made the booking and attended the premises. Not at all impressed and requested money back directly from the host and through VRBO.....typical of most HMO property rentals within Asian sectors running HMOs.”

“DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!! And if you are not native to the UK, DO NOT STAY IN BRADFORD. Bradford is one of the most dangerous cities in the UK. As far as the property goes, I’m not sure if the owner used ai to make the photos look better, but they are completely inaccurate. The reviews give it an exceptional rating which makes me believe the reviews are fake. First of all the place is not in a safe location at all with tons of thugs around the property. The building was extremely filthy with……

“It felt a bit like a caravan inside. All was clean and well presented and the beds were comfortable. Space was very limited in the kitchenette area and shower cubicle with no table for example. I would have welcomed a hairdryer, toaster and other home comforts such as shower gel.”
