Clean and cozy
Perfect location to all the surrounding areas. This little place had everything you need and the bed was so cozy. We ate at the beefeaters ,which is walkable from here, recommend the prime rib. The only thing is if you can’t do steps, there are steep steps to get to the apt. Thanks Jonathan for sharing your space with us!

Great bang for buck
Its a studio, but quite a bit more spacious than i was expecting. Location, check-in, communication with the owner, etc were all great. Would definitely recommend for a solo guest or pair of travelers looking for something in this area.

Great getaway spot in Bradford
Found this comfy studio for my hometown visit on Vrbo. Jonathan was attentive and an excellent host. the studio was great for resting each day after hiking and touring the countryside.

What a Gem!
Was in town for a beautiful wedding, Location was PRIME! We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go and not even worry about our car. Jon was so nice, speedy with response and very helpful with any and all questions we had. We visited Player's for a bite, few drinks and game of pool. All staff was incredibly friendly and the wings... "Chef's Kiss!" We recommend the "4 Minutes to Midnight!" Breakfast: Kennedy St Cafe is that kind of local diner every little town holds dear to their hearts. You'll know what I mean when you experience it yourself. 😊 Overall it suited all our needs, felt at home and was an affordable price! Highly recommend and would love to visit again.~Thank You Jon!

Staying in Downtown Bradford
This was one of the easiest and best experiences we've had with VRBO. Jon was on top of everything, from communications to turning on the AC and providing us with bottles of water in the fridge because it was over 85 when we got there!
The property is clean, well stocked with linens and quiet despite being in the center of downtown. A parking pass was provided, so we knew our vehicle was safe.
The beds were comfortable, and check out was just as easy. We'll certainly recommend this property to others!

Bradford efficiency
Jonathan was very responsive to any questions regarding rental! We stayed two nights in Bradford. Did some sightseeing at Zippo museum, and Kinzua Sky Walk, bike riding on our way to granddaughters HS graduation party. The rental is on a second story (up 24 steps) and is on Main Street with some traffic noise. The space is relatively small, and has the basics one needs for preparing meals, bathing, and sleeping. Their are room darkening curtains to separate sitting area from sleeping area and covering windows to the street. The bed and sofa were both very comfortable! We would stay here again if coming through the area.

Great Downtown Location
This property is very nice and the owner provides many perks to make your stay perfect. Located in the downtown, many shops and groceries are within walking distance. The decor is eclectic, a mix of old and new, that provides for an attractive, cozy, and quaint accommodation.
