Please make sure all garbage is in kitchen cans and the bag is tied tight ready to be brought to the town dump. We do not have road side pick up in Corinth so please be mindful to minimize waste.
Your personal lockbox code will be given after final payment. Make sure to press the “clear” re-set button if you are having trouble with the code. Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
Please be mindful of our spring feed well and minimize frequency and amount of water used to insure adequate water presser and supply throughout your stay.

The barn, and all its contents, are STRICTLY OFF LIMITS. No use of tools or machinery. Owner not liable for any accidents if rule is not followed.
Fires only in the designated fire-pit area. No Candles or open flame of any kind in house, barn, or fields. No smoking anywhere except designated.
No stays longer than 28 days. Guest agrees to vacate on time. Will not claim address as permanent or temporary address at any time or in any manner.

This is a lovely farmhouse, complete with beautiful surroundings and all the rustic wood floors and furniture a girl could dream of. It was a great spot for my multigenerational family to stay while visiting other folks in the area. We weren’t prepared for how little cell coverage and WiFi access is available in the area - this is unrelated to this home in particular but perhaps helpful info for future visitors to the area! We’d recommend this spot for sure. Coffee on the lovely back porch is the perfect way to start the day.
