Stunning 3 bedroom seashore colonial just 1.5 blocks to the beach in desirable southend. Located on one of the best streets in Bradley Beach w/ recessed homes to accelerate the perpetual breeze & ambiance of the breakers. Added Rear 2 level ,1 bedroom back house. 5 year old gourmet kitchen w/ center island, JennAir appliances, honed granite counter tops.Family room flows cathedral ceilings, fireplace and built ins. Master bedroom has a king bed and attached sunroom offering ocean views. Main house has two additional bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and one with a single twin bed. Back house has a queen bed, full bath and upstairs living area. Great outdoor shower, beautiful front porch, perfect for a family visit to the beach! House includes 4 beach badges, chairs, and beach cart with toys. Bed linens, beach towels, bath towels also provided.

A wonderful week in Bradley Beach
The layout is great, plenty of rooms for watching tv, playing games, and eating without interfering with each other. Lovely second house in the back and nice patio and yard as a well. Both are fully equipped with beach games, passes, and all amenities. Close to beach. Not far from town. Perfect place for a family or set of friends. Hard not to have a great time here!

Perfect for active families
The property is fantastic. There is a lot of natural light, plenty of room for a large active family, and a modern renovation. The kitchen is particularly nice. We spent our days at the beach or relaxing in the beautifully maintained back yard.

Great stay in Bradley Beach!
Our family (2 adults, 2 grandparents and 3 kids 5 and under) stayed at Anne's beautiful house for a week this summer. The location to the beach was PERFECT for young kids. The beach and shops in town were within walking distance. In addition, the house is great for anyone traveling with extended family. Our immediate family stayed in the main house while the grandparents could stay in the guest house. The house was well suited for families, beautifully decorated, clean and had great air conditioning. Thank you, Anne, for your great hospitality!

40 years of friendship!
We rented the house to reconnect with friends we knew when we lived in New Jersey in the early eighties. We had a great time hosting friends for dinner, going to the beach, and out to dinner! The house was in a perfect location! Walk to the beach, bakery, grocery store, and restaurants! Great time was had by all!

Wonderful family beach vacation
We had a wonderful family beach vacation at this fantastic property. The proximity to the beach is brilliant, and we also enjoyed visiting the boardwalk at Point Pleasant. The house was clean and comfortable, and Anne was responsive and helpful.

“Delightful Home”
My family and I vacationed here, including my 2 and 3 year old grandchildren. The house is bright and nicely furnished with a nice open flow. When we arrived the house was very clean and had everything we needed. Having the fenced in yard and gated porch made it so much easier with the little ones. The family enjoyed the short walk to the beach and short drive to the many great shore restaurants. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return again with my family.
