“Honestly, it was the filthiest place I have ever booked in my life. My son had dirt embedded on the knees and feet of his pajamas from playing on the floor. There was dust on the stools. Pasta caked onto the already stained and filthy carpet. I swept up popcorn, Doritos, pennies, and lots of dirt. The closet in the bedroom and it's linens smelled musty. Dirt and marks all over the walls, dead flies, and cobwebs in the living room window, broken tiles lifting in the kitchen area, drain plugs……

“We had a wonderful stay at Oscar’s Pond. The host was exceptionally responsive and communicative throughout our visit. Since we were visiting during one of the hottest days of the week, he even offered to have someone come by and turn on the air conditioning units before our arrival, which was greatly appreciated.We encountered one minor issue during our stay, and he responded immediately with helpful solutions. He also followed up the next day to make sure everything was resolved and that we……

“Charming and very awesomely quirky farmhouse. Definitely like stepping back in time. Great vibe and atmosphere for a stay in The Berkshires. Much of the house is original, which makes it special. Beds were super comfortable. Great stay for a visit to Tanglewood with family. Communication with owner was excellent.”

“Nice property in a beautiful location adjacent to Jiminy Creek mountain resort. Very nice restaurant, bar and convenience store and breakfast/sandwich shop on site. Host was attentive and helpful. There were a number of water-related "gadgets" in the room. We couldn't figure out how any of them worked. But the massage chair worked well and we enjoyed that thoroughly! Overall very nice and i would stay there again.”

“I stayed while working at Albany Medical Center, and it was a perfect location for this! I could walk to the hospital, shops and restaurants. The apartment was cute, quiet and very clean. It was a great place to come home to after a busy day. Michaela, the host, was very helpful and responsive -- checking in on my stay. I appreciated the available washer and dryer. I will definitely stay at this apartment again if I am in Albany.”

“Carl was very responsive and the house was clean, well kept, and had everything that was listed in working condition (which is not always the case!). We visited in October for a birthday weekend, which I mentioned in the booking, even walked into a Halloween themed Happy Birthday sign! Extremely thoughtful. The hot tub, grill, and fire pit were all very easy to use. Nice bathrooms, close to nearby experiences, and very secluded. Would definitely book again, highly recommend!”

“Condo in great location for skiing and really in good shape. Nicely decorated. Kids loved the moose toy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Perfect winter break for us. ”
