When we arrived we messaged the contact person for directions to enter. We waited 1 1/2 hours and received no reply as of yet. We found other lodging. 「We had a very nice stay. The house is historic and full of charm and the location is great. You are a quick walk to the train station and it's easy to walk to several restaurants and small plazas. The Grand Place is about a 30ish minute walk that is really pleasant. Fabrice greeted us and was very informative when we arrived. The only issue we had was when we were leaving. We had agreed upon leaving cash for the extra fees that were owed (extra bedroom, extra person) in a tray with the keys on...

「All in all it was a really nice stay! The property was easy to access and very clean. You had everything you need there. It took us like 7 minutes to get to the trainstation. 「Great location. You can walk to Metro (Rogier) and shopping mall (City 2) within 5 minutes. Although there are some homeless on the street, it is still safe around the hotel. The front desk staff are super helpful. They help me to photocopy document and tell me the direction of my school. That's why I extend 1 week in this hotel. I would definitely choose Thon Hotel if I visit Brussels in the future. I will recommondend to my friends too. 」
