I loved our room. Very spacious and awesome comfy chairs. Didn’t realize our small balcony was literally beside a high traffic roadway with cars and walking guests. Also beach area was very nice however the water wasn’t very clean and the bottom was sludgy.

They are remodeling- the bar and dining area are awesome - the burger is VERY good. The rooms are meh. The front desk didn’t give great information - did not notify us when our room was ready (didn’t have/ask for our phone number). Didn’t inform us there was not daily cleaning. We loved the marina and was great for our boat.

This was our first stay. The room overlooking the lake was spacious and very comfortable. We took advantage of a number of activities, each of which was fun for all ages. The beach was perfect for all day fun. Great family and multi-generational destination. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful.

Resort was very nice, quiet and clean. The one thing we did notice was there were a lot of steps to everything….our room, the pool area, the deck area outside the pool to go down by the lake—hard for older people or disabled. Room was very nice and clean!

I booked a small poolside room with 2 double beds. The temperature control was unreliable at best and there was next to zero sound-proofing to combat the noise from the pool that was open until 11pm. I'm unsure when the floor around the pool was painted, but it was very slippery and there were paint chips everywhere! The food options were limited and underwhelming for the price. I won't be staying again.

Charging a 3% credit card fee on a hotel room transaction is outrageous. It is listed as a convenience fee. Cost over $32 to use credit card upon checkout.

It is under major remodeling. I do feel they could have let customers know. Walking with a cane was a bit difficult. Scaffolding was set up at the entry in and out. I understand that they need to make money but this type of construction and it is on going needs to be made public. Hotels , com should have known about. I feel I should have some money refunded by Hotels.com
