「Spacious room - staff very helpful- beautiful surroundings - lovely breakfast - asked to extend room for 1 hour and no quibble. Even an electric charge point - sadly did not get to experience the spa. Will definitely stay again 」

「A business trip and had a commercial meeting at ESSAX suite, everything was well! Service was nice, restaurant offers typical British breakfast. Only a problem, the air conditioner will be re-set to the low temperature randomly. 」

「装修非常英伦的酒店，所处的位置也非常好，很方便去景点。工作人员也很热情。只是酒店的bar， restaurant 的服务生感觉非常繁忙，等待服务的时间比较长。」

「预定的是三人间，打印订单上显示也是三人间，结果入住的时候还要收取人头费15磅，垃圾的很。找HOTEL.COM沟通也没有结果。而一张床加一战沙发床，自己铺的，还要收人头费，第一次遇到这样的。酒店开在服务区里面的，地段就别提了。」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bedford Lodge. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the facilities were well equipped and what you would expect at this price point. We made use of the sports club and the bar before heading to a nearby venue for a private event. The room was well equipped with Molton Brown and Tiptree goods and was very clean. We opted for a superior room for more space and the hope of a better room location. The only negative was being woken very early by the bass thud...
