"Our family loved the cabin. Plenty of room for everyone!! The pool and hot tub were big hits!! We had a cleaning issue when we arrived and we contacted them and they immediately sent someone out to correct the issue. We would 100% stay here again in the future.."

"Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Used bandaids (plural) were left surrounding the pool prior to our check in. The heater on our pool broke on Tuesday night of a Saturday-saturday rental. I called this in at 9PM after a full day of Dollywood. Valerie with bear tracts had a tone I did not care for, speaking snarkily about my desire to go to bed at 9:30 rather than wait for her maintenance man to flip a breaker. Rude and disrespectful- shame on you, Valerie.The maintenance man told me we would hear from bear tracts the next day regarding the pool heater replacement. We never heard back and so the pool was only usable half our stay. Other things like the place needs new flooring NOW. My elderly mother was with on the trip, and the LVPlanks are peeling up everywhere and creating a a trip/fall hazard, especially when using a walker. Overall this place could be great if it was given some attention- and if they hired better customer service employees - looking at you, Valerie."

"Loved the mountain setting, the privacy, and the cleanliness of the cabin and surroundings. The sound of the running creek, and the entertaining farm animals across the meadow were wonderful. The hot tub was perfect."

"We had an excellent stay at this VRBO! The house was very clean, well-maintained, and the property management was great to work with. It was especially perfect for families—there was plenty to keep the kids entertained, which made the trip so much more relaxing for us.The only thing we missed was a fire pit, but that’s on us for not checking before booking—not a reflection of the property at all. Overall, a wonderful stay and we’d definitely recommend it!"

"Beautiful home, pictures can’t even show what it truly was like throughout. It was clean, but also the owner communicated really fast and let us check in early since it was done being cleaned early. The pool was a lot big the what I thought. It was not as deep as I thought but I’d say it’s maybe 4 feet or so but it was perfect for the kids. I would stay again for sure! "

"This is a gem of place! It had a great layout and design for fun for children of all ages! The pool was warm and right next to hot tub so it was easy to supervise the kids. The kids enjoyed the bunk room and each had their own space. Beds were very comfortable and adults having own private bath was a big plus!"

"3 of the 4 showers drained very slowly so the tubs were slimy and slippery with littles we were trying to hold them to shower so they weren’t sitting in the water. One of the TVs didn’t work. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable along with the pool table and movie theater. Many fun memories made."
