“We have stayed pre ion s couple of occasions and the room , cleanliness and overall experience has been far better , on this occasion we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the room , the obvious first thing we noticed was a lingering dog smell , as I know the rooms are dog friendly , this could be easily rectified by pet friendly plug in air fresheners ? And a feeler clean in between guests … the room just felt not clean , not aired , no windows open and we stayed in August when the……

“Highly recommend. Gorgeous restaurant and rooms with a beautiful courtyard garden. Perfect for us with two children who were in same building but floor above via internal staircase. Car park just round the corner had to pay separately for but plenty spaces. Bed was fine but could have been more comfortable and slippers would be good but appreciated the robes. Lots of lovely little touches like welcome cocktail in room. Nice coffee machine. On a Tuesday it was continental breakfast delivery to……

“Bedrooms were a little bit dated. Bathrooms were refurbished. Very nice. Could’ve been a little bit cleaner coffee stains on the wall. Staff were very helpful. The Dune bar could’ve done with small staff. They were rushed off their feet.”
