Wir haben zwar die Adresse erhalten, nicht aber die Zimmernummer. Auch auf dem Schlüssel stand keine Zimmermummer. Vor Ort kommte niemand helfen. Wir mussten also anrufen. Zum Glück ging jemand ran. Das hätte wesentlich einfacher laufen können. Hier stimmt der Ablauf noch nicht. Ansonsten wäre ein Tausch der Pfanne mal wieder...

"The room is very clean and comfortable. It’s within walking distance to the Chur Train Station. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. There’s a small elevator to the room but to access the lobby from the front door is by stairs. The hotel front door and lobby is closed at 8 pm. No one can check you in after 8 pm. Overall it’s a wonderful hotel in Chur. "
