「Hier gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Die Vermieterin hat uns wirklich sehr nett empfangen und übernahm sogar die Parkgebühren für den Abend der Anreise. Die Kommunikation gestaltete sich sehr Gastfreundlich. Die Unterkunft war, wie beschrieben, bestens ausgestattet. Insgesamt also sehr empfehlenswert!」

「Excellent place for a holiday: country, castles and Vienna nearby. In summer a great swimmingpond and garden to relax in. As others have written: a bit dated inside the appartment; but all you need is there. Owner makes you feel very welcome; thanks Brigitta! (Tip: Ask her if she can get you tickets for the castle Neulengbach).」

「Wir haben mit unserem Hund 5 Tage in dieser gemütlichen und ruhigen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung bot alles, was wir brauchten. Die Umgebung war ruhig und sehr grün. Mit Bus und U-Bahn waren wir in 30 Minuten im Herzen von Wien.」

「Nach Besuchen in der Stadt haben wir die Ruhe und die schöne Lage des Hauses genossen. Auch der grosse Garten mit dem Naturpool hat uns gut gefallen. Der Weg ins Stadtzentrum ist dank kostenlosem P+R am Bahnhof Mödling sehr entspannt (immer freie Parkplätze). Mehrer Züge fahren pro Stunde, Fahrzeit gut 20 Minuten bis Hauptbahnhof Wien. 「Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen, um Wien kennenzulernen und in der Gegend zu radeln und zu wandern. Unsere Ferienwohnung "Christa" war dafür der ideale Ausgangspunkt. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Das ganze Haus ist liebevoll saniert und der Garten rundet alles ab. Besten Dank für alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder. 」

「Die Adresse zur Anreise war ungenau kommuniziert von Fewo-direkt. Zum Glück war der Vermieter in der Nähe, was wirklich Zufall war. Wir hätten die Wohnung sonst nicht gefunden. Es wäre gut gewesen, wenn bei Fewo jemand ans Telefon gegangen wäre. Aber sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir sind mit dem Auto ins Zentrum von Wien gefahren, was auch sehr gut ging.」

「Deze verhuurder vindt het normaal om iets anders te verhuren dan waarmee ze adverteert. Beschreven stond een begane grond appartement grenzend aan de tuin, met grote woonkamer en volledig uitgeruste keuken. In werkelijkheid kregen we een appartement op de zolder, met een klein halletje als woonkamer, een brakke keuken met een twee pits kookstel met veel te weinig spullen. Meteen bij aankomst met het kantoor gesproken dat dit volledig onacceptabel was, degene die ons ontving sprak alleen...

「This is an event hotel, as its name. Kinda far from Vienna city center, and the only place to go nearby is a shopping mall, so-called the biggest one in Europe. However, it is close around 19:00 in general, and not open on Sunday. The hotel is kind of old and needs to be re-newed, while its frequent events making the maintenance kind of difficult. Business in this hotel is ok, but not romantic trip.」
