Beautiful and Immaculate

The house was beautiful and immaculately clean. Check in and check out was incredibly easy. Wonderful location if you are looking to see some great National Parks like Arches, Canyonlands and others. We loved the house!

Cozy retreat

Good communication from Visit Fruita. We needed nothing from them, as the place was clean, comfortable, and had everything that it said it had. It is a bit out of town, but close to Kokopelli trails and relatively quiet. We enjoyed everything it had to offer!

Absolutely Amazing!

The cabin was absolutely amazing! It was in a beautiful location with gorgeous Mountain View’s as well as an easy drive to the national parks and other hiking locations. Loved the little binder with great information, it was such a nice touch. Home was spotless with lots of amenities. Communication was great. We loved our time here and the memories we made.

This Cabin was perfect! Modern appliances, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, hot showers outdoor fire pits, away from the city noise, close to hiking trails an a skip over to Moab! Nicely kept retreat away from the city. The home is quiet, clean and very nicely decorated. Perfect spot if you are looking to get away from it all.

Great house

The home was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed. We had our 2 dogs with us. The back isnt fenced however, if your dog has good recall it isn't an issue. Ours loved watching the goats and horses on either side. Communication with the property manager was professional and always followed through with everything from the check in process to a minor issue we had. Enjoyed being close to the Moab area however found the Snooks Open Space was 10 minutes away and a good off leash walking trail. Highly recommend this property and will stay again.
