    The holiday lofts are located on the edge of Brandenburg's old town, just 800 metres from the pedestrian zone. You can reach the city centre in just a few minutes on foot, by bike or boat. Here you can stroll along the pedestrian zone, visit one of the many old churches such as Brandenburg Cathedral or go to the theatre. The many restaurants invite you to enjoy cosy evenings, and the site of the former worsted spinning mill was used to produce the finest wool and woollen silk for over 100 years - today you can enjoy life and relax here on the banks of the Havel. Whether you simply want to relax in one of the two gardens, on the terrace or on the bathing jetty - here you will find peace and relaxation right by the water in the centre of the city. If you want to be pampered, you can book your breakfast and enjoy the selected delicacies from regional suppliers.

    This holiday flat has an individual terrace area surrounded by hedges. The rustic Bavarian beer garden tables and chairs invite you to spend cosy hours in the fresh Havel air. This individual area is complemented by the large sunbathing/play area on the banks of the Havel with direct access to the hotel's own swimming/bathing area, which was built with a bathing ladder and a freeboard height of 20 cm. This makes it easy for you to get in and out of your canoe or rowing boat. There is also a barbecue area right next to the oversized natural stone table (approx. 5 x 1.20 m) and a large, locked room on the ground floor where you can store your bikes, canoes or rowing boats. This room also houses the communal washing machine and tumble dryer, which can be used by prior arrangement.

    The holiday flat is located on the ground floor of the former dye works of the worsted spinning mill and is characterised by its spacious and generous room layout (68m²). It is completely barrier-free and therefore fully wheelchair accessible. The well-designed, spacious and comfortably furnished loft holiday flat (as confirmed by our guests in their reviews) is suitable not only for 2 but also for 4 people by adding extra beds. Cots and highchairs can be provided at any time by prior arrangement. The Italian sofas and armchairs in the living area invite you to relax. The large flat-screen TV with cable connection and connected Blue-Ray player provide a wide range of entertainment. The stereo system also allows you to enjoy your own music via Bluetooth access. The living area flows seamlessly into the "eat-in kitchen". The fitted kitchen is fully equipped: fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob and a Nespresso coffee machine (basic equipment available). A toaster is also available on request. The spacious, solid wooden dining table invites you to enjoy the culinary delights prepared in this fully equipped kitchen. The very large bedroom is furnished with an extra-long (2.10 m), high-quality, comfortable box-spring bed. There is a sliding-door wardrobe in this bedroom, which offers plenty of space for your personal belongings.

    The floor-level shower in the bathroom has a "rain head shower" as well as a hose shower. The washbasin is fitted with a well-lit, large-format mirror. It goes without saying that it is wheelchair-accessible. There is ample storage space for personal cosmetics.

    The city of Brandenburg an der Havel, which is over 1000 years old, lies in the centre of the Mark Brandenburg region between Berlin and Magdeburg. Connected to the other towns of the Mark by the blue ribbon of the Havel, country roads and cycle paths, it invites you to go on discovery tours on land and water. Whether by boat, bike, car or on foot - there is something to discover everywhere. Berlin is also just 45 minutes away on the Regionalexpress 1.
