“We stayed at Silver Lake Bed and Breakfast for one night on our way south, andit was a wonderful experience. The house is beautifully decorated, and our room was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and generously served.”

“The hotel has a few positives: a firm, comfortable king-size bed, modern TV with Netflix, standing shower, mini fridge, free all-day lobby coffee, friendly staff, decent breakfast, and a 24-hour gym. Room was smaller than expected, and the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan. Both the air conditioning and sink had unpleasant odors. “We were very happy with this clean, centrally located hotel, which had a very friendly staff. The lobby is very nice with a fireplace. The gym was great. The pool was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

“Room was clean and charming. Would have liked a reading lamp, but otherwise very nice and the heater in bathroom was a nice touch.”

“Bad experience I booked two bed room they charge me extra $10 for the Second person which doesn’t make sense . The place doesn’t feel safe at all. I was so regret I booked there . Just don’t stay there .trust me. ”

The owners maintain the historic beauty of the property while making it comfortable, accessible and cozy. The property’s history is fascinating and the location is convenient to hiking and downtown amenities. The owners even stayed late to ensure my partner and I got checked in safely. We can’t wait to visit again soon & see how the newly owned property continues to evolve! Hoping……

“If you want to have breakfast, you need to walk to another hotel. It was a bit cold that day, and walking back and forth made my clothes a little wet.”
