The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication was quick and friendly. We loved being close to the landing though with strollers didn’t feel comfortable walking in the traffic.

Super clean with a great layout. Check in was easy and no issues. Thrilled - area was quiet no concerns on safety. I will look to stay here again. Felt like home. Well stocked with items needed. The coffee bar was super cute. Not coffee drinkers but loved the thought from this host.

We had a great time during our visit. The unit was clean and met all our needs. The property was in walking distance to all the local businesses. We had great communication from the owners. They were able to answer any questions. We would stay here again. Didn’t visit the pool during our trip, but the pool looked clean.

“Local Flavor” condo was the perfect place. The location is perfect for visiting downtown Branson. It is clean and well maintained property. It is within walking distance of many eateries and coffee shops as well as walking path along the river!

Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed five days at this property with another couple. Everything was excellent. It is a perfect rental to access all that Branson has to offer. It is within easy walking distance to the Landing district. The two bedrooms are separated to provide privacy for all. I highly recommend this property as a place to stay.

Girls wedding planning

The place was immaculately clean and totally updated. It is very close to Branson Landing and OldTown Branson. The owners communication was excellent, responding quickly to any questions. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Overall was pretty good!

The communication and cleanliness was excellent. There was a lot more thought put into the property than I have seen in others. The only downfall was I felt the walls were so thin. We had small kids and I was anxious about them being too loud for the other neighbors or if they cried. I felt like we heard a lot of outside noise too. Otherwise the property was excellent.

Misleading description and reviews

While this property is located near Branson Landing, to walk there you have to cross major roads and intersections that are narrow and congested, making walking there difficult. This property was very clean, however the 2 king size beds had the hardest mattress I have ever laid on. The pull out couch was also extremely uncomfortable. My family slept so poorly that we decided to leave early. I did give some 5 stars because the owner and property manager were wonderful to communicate with.
