The adjoining open-plan kitchen is airy, stocked with modern cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances including a coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, refrigerator, and wineware. The counter offers stool seating for 2, while the 4-seater indoor dining table makes for intimate family dinners. An additional nook is available to accommodate 2 more guests.



The home accommodates 11 guests in total, with 3 bedrooms, and a sofa sleeper.



Located on the first floor, bedroom #1 is furnished with a king-size bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.



Upstairs you will find the 2 additional bedrooms, each with a twin bed, full bed, and top deck access.

- Parking is available in the parking lot for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. The required parking passes can be obtained from the guard at the gate upon arrival.

- An additional full bathroom is located upstairs with a shower/tub combo.

- The fireplace is not for guest use.

- A washer/dryer is included.

- The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

- This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
