Clean rooms, good water pressure shower, heated pool, the beds could of had better/bigger blankets. We had a sheet and what felt like a shower curtain. Needed a thick comforter. The pull out couch also had no sheet on it so we had to sleep on the mattress directly if we used it. Location is perfect, overall a good place.

The hot tub was green and stunk. They advertised continental breakfast but only had leftover eggs from the day before and were out of everything else. When asked, they saidbtheybwere doing away with hot foods and wouldt restock for the guests that were there. Were planning innstarting wuth fresh fruit and other things the following day. One of our queen beds had a twin sheet on it and a thin blabket and that was it and they didnt have extra blankets. We tried to use the heater and turned it on at a low temperature. It got so hot so fast and wouldnt turn off. Had to turn the heater off because it was either roasting or freezing. Pool would only put out 5 towels at a time even if 20 people were in there so constantly waiting for a towel. But for a place to just sleep, the price was ok.

Let me start by stating I am a very patience let’s all get along girl, but I will never book this hotel or use Expedia services again. One star is rating this place too high. Our room entrance door had a gap you could look straight outside, bathtub was cracked, hook on the wall was loose, location questionable as far as safety. When I inquired about a refund, hotel personnel replied I could change rooms or I would need to contact Expedia to start a possible refund. Due to safety concerns, we knew we didn’t want to change rooms so I contacted Expedia. I was informed from Expedia personnel all they could do was start the process, but Hotel Management would have to approve the refund. Guess what…… according to Expedia personnel hotel management couldn’t be reached. So, our fun trip to Branson costed us two hotel lodgings fees.

The rooms and equipment needed updated. Everything needed cleaned a bit more. The way the crew cleaned and stored supplies like towels was not sanitary.

No hot water in the shower. We complained (nicely) and was told it would be looked into. Came back that night and no change, no note, not trying to make it better. Also ran out of Klenex, the woodwork was chewed up, the soap dispenser leaked onto the counter and the whole place was dated. Will not stay there again. On top of it all, went down for breakfast on Sunday and it was not ready, the room was dark. This was 10 after 7 and we just left.

There was an outlet by the bed that was making a weird noise when we plugged it in. We also picked this hotel for the indoor pool for our kids to swim and it was out of order. That should be shared BEFORE people book the hotel, not after. Overall, it was an okay stay for a short trip like what we had. This is not a place I would stay for multiple days.

We did not end up staying at Angel Inn because the pool was not working due to maintenance. Which we were not made aware of. Therefore we had to book another hotel because swimming in a pool was the top 3 things our kids wanted to do while in Branson. The thing that frustrates me is the denial of some sort of refund. It is not our fault what so ever that the pool was not up and running. Our friends also had a reservation at Angel Inn and requested a refund, they got their refund and yet for some reason we were denied.
