The property was in good condition. It was a little older renovation in the rooms and exterior. The room had some tile grout missing and the floor was missing some corners. Other than that it was clean and had a good bed for sleeping. We had a wonderful visit and I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a quiet place to sleep.

Front desk staff were friendly, and informative. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had a lovely, forest view from our second story balcony. The pool was huge, not super clean, but we enjoyed the swim anyway. Unfortunately, the hot tub was closed due to a part that needed replacement. Breakfast was just ok. Overall, the price was good this time, which is why we chose this hotel, but we wouldn't stay again if we had to pay more. We did love the food trucks nearby, though, especially the Thai food, and the close proximity to Silver Dollar City!

This hotel is really run down. The carpet needs to be replaced and the whole place smells pretty bad. The breakfast Friday morning tasted pretty bad, but Saturday morning was much better. It was close to Sliver Dollar City and that was nice.

This place is horrible. No carpet in the entry ways. The air conditioner barely worked. The sliding back door was so hard to open the handle broke off. Not well maintained at all. The coffee was stale and disgusting. Old coffee machine. Full of dust.

I absolutely would stay here again. The bed was soft and clean. The bathroom was also clean, but could have used some help cosmetically with broken tiles. I put out a sign to clean the room, before noon per the instructions on the door placard; however, no one cleaned the room, so we had to go to the desk to get fresh towels, since it was so late at night by the time we returned. The breakfast was varied and hearty. From what I remember: biscuits and gravy, egg and ham bites, sausages and sausage patties, fruit, cold cereal, a variety of juices. We stayed over the weekend, so I'm not sure if the menu is different on weekdays. We did not use the pool. This hotel is fairly close to Branson, so great if you are on vacation and want to spend more money on excursions than on the room. Springfield is about an hour away. For the price, it was exactly what we needed on our non-vacation trip. A clean, safe place to sleep. I did not see homeless people hanging around, or witness any criminal behavior. We saw only normal people doing normal things. The air conditioning was fairly loud, but I sleep with ear plugs, so it was a non-issue. There was a vending machine for snacks and drinks in the hallway, but the ice machine was broken. Again, not a deal breaker for us.
