Property was great. Internet instrustions were incorrect but we figured it out. Point of contact did not reply when called to help. We made it ok but would like to have heard back form the contact person when I called.

Great Location
This location is just a few minutes from all the attraction. Perfect for our family. Only complaint is the upstairs neighbors were a little loud, but since we were gone a lot of the time it didn't bother us. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to go to Branson.

NO effort by owner to make guests feel warmly welcomed (sticky notes in multiple places). Kitchen stocked with odds & ends cookware and mugs. No hair dryer in 2nd guest bathroom. No privacy on 1 window (faces the parking lot). Inadequate drapes on patio windows (privacy). Closet door in 2nd room sticks. Looks like mold in 2nd bathroom (I took photos). CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS UNIT. Friends felt the same. Didn't feel super clean. I think the neighborhood is nice, though.
